Mr. Ratan Lal Jain qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1964. He started up his own practice on 1.1.1965 establishing a Firm JAIN SARAOGI & CO. Over the span of his practice career his experience is vivid and diversified and includes inter-alias Statutory Audit, Direct Taxation and Appearances before various authorities. He has also represented in Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and appeared before Company Law Board with respect to various matters. He has acted as Management consultant to many industrial houses, handled Amalgamation and Mergers and also been appointed as liquidator. He has conducted internal audit and has developed Management Information System.
